Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Spinning Dyed Fibers »

Difficulty:

Category: Spinning

Type of item: Functional

For: Other

Style: Traditional, Geeky, Classic

Materials

Custom Carded Roving from Bitsy Knits in colorway "Campfire Flames". It is 75% Romney and 25% Yearling Mohair

What was your inspiration?

Felicia Lo suggesting that you should separate your fiber vertically. This is something I've not ever done! It is such a good idea!

What are you most proud of?

separating it vertically a couple of times let me be more consistent. This is probably the closest I've gotten to a lace weight without big bumps every now and then

This yarn was used in a pioneer cuff for the knitting with beads class.
