What are you most proud of? Instead of using fabrics from one line of fabric, I used two different lines and combined them. I think it came out great, and won't be like every other quilt made with this panel. I'm also really happy with the way I used the leftover pieces to extend the width of the backing fabric - I will definitely be doing that more often!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't get stuck thinking you have to have all your fabrics from your project from the same line of fabric. Look around, you might be surprised at what you can find that will make your quilt an original creation!

Very nicely done. I quite often do a pieced back - cuts down the amount of fabric I need to buy and gives me a double-sided quilt. Congrats on spreading your quilting 'wings'!!! Cheers, Karen

This is so cute and I love the way its has 'wonky' blocks. I too have started to do a pieced back it makes it more fun to do and can be used either side. Love this little quilt:)

The blocks aren't really wonky - it's totally the fabric print that gives that effect, but that's one of my favorite things about this quilt.
