Thank you - would you believe I am still working on the quilting? Then it is on to the borders. Since my brother igrows herbs for pharmacy companies I am toying with doing outlines in the border of different herbs. Will have to experiment before committing to that though!

Am l surprised that you are still working on it - no l'm not - there's a lot going on in your quilt!! The idea of herb outlines in the border seems an amazing idea. It will be a spectacular quilt - l look forward to seeing it when it's eventually finished!!!!

I am almost done - the last border is on (which will not have herbs - what was I thinking and of course the binding. The monster now measures 108 x 98 which was my brother's request.

I designed the quilt using EQ7. the blocks were Chinese Lanterns, The Palm, Interwoven Star, Half Maltese Cross and Hummingbird. I'll add another picture of the finished quilt. Actually it is just blocks. I did the quilting on my regular sewing machine. Feel free to write with any other questions
