What advice would you give someone starting this project? Read my blog entries about this project. I started with "Courage" because It seems that everyone I talked to said that they were scared to make a slipcover. I think the amount of fabric and the size of the pieces of fabric is what scared them. You can't get hung up on them being perfect...they are slipcovers...they will move!

OK...now my freak is over & I think I can make a slipcover for my poor sofa. I love your idea of using drop cloth for my first attempt. The store pattern is $15 & your method, supplies, attitude are far superior & more creative. Thanks for sharing.

This is a big project and you did a great job! Did you make those beautiful square pillows, too?

Yes I did make those pillows. When I get a chance I'll post the pattern! There are times when I wish that I didn't haeve a full-time job!
