This pattern is one of the free ones listed on the craftsy website. Ashley Johnston is the creator and provided the pattern for personal use. The pattern also says sewing republic and Bernina on it.

Materials

Cotton fabric, fluffy fabric for the wings, and flannel for the eyes, beak, and feet.

What was your inspiration?

I saw the picture on the craftsy website and just had to make one. My teenage daughters wanted one so I made them one each. They are cute pillows! I love owls!

What are you most proud of?

How cute they are.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The pattern is really easy and very detailed. Pick fun fabrics to add to the whimsey and fabrics with texture really added to it. I think anyone of any age that likes owls would love one of these!

Go to the home page of the craftsy website. See where they have 3 pictures of projects. To the right of that is a grey box with places you can click on. The last one says free patterns. Once you get there click on sewing patterns. It is about 2-3 pages down. The owl shown is purple. Click on it. Then under the place where is says pattern is has a green box that says free pattern. That should get it for you. I hope it works.
