What was your inspiration?

Block snowmen that I saw and I thought the clothespins as arms would add to them.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I used a 4x4 and cut it down to 4 inch,3inch,2inch . I took the clothespins apart and then painted them. I whittled the noses from a dowel. Don't use gorilla glue ,it expands between the blocks . I used Aleene's tacky glue and left them over night before handling them.I did each step seperate and waited at least an hour in between.
