Materials

Favorite Chocolate cake recipe from scratch, folded into batter broken pieces of graham crackers and used an ice cream scoop into the cups. Chocolate Ganache from scratch for icing, Marshmellow creme for filling, Colored fondant for campfire ring, using yellow & orange gel colors, Graham Crackers, Hersey chocolate bars, and toasted mini marshmellows

What was your inspiration?

Been wanting to do these for quite sometime. My neighbors were having an outdoor pool/patio party, so I had a venue.

What are you most proud of?

Don't know about the proud part, I just love coming with an idea and giving it a try.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

It is a 2 day project. Baking the first day and storing cupcakes in fridge, Making the chocolate ganache, cooling it down to thicken. Use a fat cut plastic straw removed the center of cupcakes for the marshmellow creme filling. Used a piping bag and tip for the filling. Used piping bag and tip to ice cupcakes, back in the fridge.
Second day colored the fondant, rolled and cut fire rings and put on cupcakes. Toasted marshmellow and let cool. (taste just like they were roasted over a campfire. Put the graham crackers and Hersey pieces on and then a marshmellow on each.
