stick with it. some weeks will be harder then others. But, it's always fun. Make new friends and maybe you'll get a laugh or two. Sheri Ellsworth

I love this pattern where did you find iit?. I would love to make this. I have been looking for just the right patter and this is it. I can sew just about anything but I need a pattern.

Thanks, unfortunately I did not use a pattern. What I actually did was look at a pattern and adjusted it to the size I wanted Give it a try.

Sandy, I just looked at the Craftsy patterns for bags and purses and found patterns for a clutch purse. Al you would have to do is increase the length and add a strap. There are many purses there that might even come closer to what I did. Enjoy looking.

Thanks I will look at the clutch purses that is what I liked about yours is the fold over top. I also don't like the ones I've see with the huge eyelits to hold the straps. Thanks so much, I have been sewing over 50 years too but I still like a pattern or instructions to go by. Thanks so much I'm going to give it a try. I live in Upper MIchigan where are you from?

Sandy, I live in Toronto and started sewing when was in Grade 7, unfortunately I quit a few years later. Started again off and on in my forties. When I retired I stated quilting and now sew and quilt. Quilts and bags are my big love. Quits for babies and bags for me.
