What was your inspiration?
I saw a similar hat in an advertisement for a famous designer who shall remain unnamed. I said to myself "Hey, I should make one." So ... it's not quite identical, since I added my own 'spin' onto it, but that was the original impetus.
What are you most proud of?
pretty happy with the way it turned out.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is an easy project, perfect for an advanced beginner. It's knitted in the round, with very little finishing, but has enough diversions in it to not get boring.
