What was your inspiration?
Christmas time -- fun to make slippers for the holidays. I start with a basic slipper toe and let the magic flow from my crochet hook. Never know what will come out. Sometimes I surprise myself!
What are you most proud of?
The variety & modern design. Some are ankle top cozies and some are slipper sox. The hairy trim and heart embellishments add interest and texture. Some have velcro or button closures.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Get foot measurements if you're making gifts. These didn't fit the oldest girl; they grow so fast it's hard to keep up with sizes. Guess it's better to err on the larger side than to risk them being too small.
