What materials did you use? I used Rico Design's Essentials Soft Merino in Aran (worsted) weight, in the colour cinnamon. It was knitted with my nickel-plated KnitPro (aka KnitPicks) 10mm interchangeables.

What are you most proud of? This is a riff on the Arrow Scarflette pattern from the Lace Knitting: Basics and Beyond course. I wanted to super-size it as I loved the chevron motif and was keen to try it out as a thin-ish, long-ish bit of neckware (eg not for warmth). I'm proud of taking a pattern and tweaking it to what I was in the market for. Also delighted by the bonus effect of FINALLY being able to do SSKs with a bit of pace and learning to intuit which direction they and k2togs lean.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure your bind-off has similar tension to the cast-on. My bind-off is tighter, making the scarf curl a bit when worn. Also, this yarn is so soft and relaxed that it doesn't display the lovely motif very well at the needle size I used. I'm pretty sure I'm going to frog this and go back with 8mm needles and a more appropriate bind-off. I still like the idea in concept, but my execution wasn't entirely successful, for instance, the "fletching" end of my arrow has completely lost shape even after blocking. But I learned a lot! Really pretty, how many stitches did you cast on to make it so long? I love it!
