What was your inspiration?

I wanted to make my toddler grandsons each a V-neck sweater vest....mainly because I wanted a fairly quick project aand NO SLEEVES!! This pattern was fairly easy to follow.

What are you most proud of?

The sweater vest looks cute and my little 2 1/2 year old grandson was very pleased!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I would recommend making the neck opening larger when adding the ribbing. This was a size four and I increased each side of the "V" by five stitches, but I would increase even more next time like 10 to 12 stitches on each side of the "V" as it was very hard to get this vest over his head!
