What was your inspiration?
This top was made for my daughter who always likes wearing the clothes I make for her. I made it to add to her summer wardrobe.
What are you most proud of?
This is a fairly simple pattern so what makes it stand out is the fabric selection. I really like the combination of colors and especially the modern fabric designer, Momo for Moda.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Pick two great fabrics that compliment each other well. I would also go up a size so that the top can be worn longer OR just cut the length longer.
