Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Used the butter and lard combination dough. I used 2 recipes with 12 oz of flour. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure dough is well chilled and using a pastry cloth helps with rolling out such a large crust. Pans is about 10 x15 and serves 12 to 18 people. ozoz of four
