What was your inspiration?

I'd always wanted to learn to knit lace.

What are you most proud of?

That I finished the shawl at all! I am not an accomplished knitter so it was a pretty difficult project for me. Others may find it easier than I did, but I'm so glad I learned all I did on this project!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Follow Laura's instructions carefully and use lifelines.

Hi Renadb, I would just like to say that you should be very very proud of yourself for this achievement! The shawl is so so pretty and the intricate patterns and the range of stitches is amazing.
