Beautiful and I love your color. Did you see my pattern listing for the wrap in my profile - you had asked about it. It's listed on Craftsy in the patterns section.

Maybe it was my size 8 needles. I just couldn't get the gauge with anything smaller.

Beautiful! Yours is much larger than mine. I may make again with lace weight. Maybe a wool silk blend.

Great work!. I see you used a size 8 needle. I am using a size 7. So this is going to work?

I think it will. My yarn being bamboo and cotton, has "no give or stretch" watsoever, so if yours has some wool in it, it will be more stretchy when blocking.

It depends on your gauge swatch. I had to go up to an 8 to get the correct gauge. Now I am starting Clarus in another fiber and am using a size 6 needle because that is the size the gauge swatch came out to need.

Sorry that I just now saw your question. I have not checked the messages in awhile. Hope your shawl is going well. You are probably finished by now.

Looks great. What weight yarn and what size needles did you use? I haven't blocked mine yet but there's no way it will be that big.

You will be surprised at how large it will become after blocking. I am allergic to wool, so I couldn't use any of the suggestions. I found online from Pulling At Strings. It is called Bramble on Bamboo Cotton Fingering, made by Three Irish Girls. I wish I could find some more in a wonderful color to do Clarus. It was wonderful to work with. Can't wait to see yours. I had to use a size 8 to get the gauge

Can't wait to see yours. By the way, maybe the reason mine looks large is that I am a very small person.

My yarn was a bamboo cotton with no stretch whatsoever, like wool fibers. What yarn did you use? I think that my choice was not good as far as needing it to expand. But as luck would have it, it fit. I wish I could use wool - so many wonderful choices, but makes my hands itch and nose and eyes pour. Thanks for your comment.
