What are you most proud of? That I did it!!!!! I'm a new knitter and I found this Craftsy class was so helpful. A great experience.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time and enjoy each step. If you have to rip back, consider it a learning experience. You will have a work of art when you are done. So, be patient!

I just want to buy the pattern and the thread

I posted where the pattern can be purchased on mjqduin789848's comment. I purchased the yarn online from String Theory in Maine. Their hand-dyed yarns are exquisite.

Where may we buy the pattern?

Laura Nelkin is the designer. The pattern for this shawl and another shawl (Clarus - a triangle shawl) is included in the Craftsy class. However, both are now also available on Ravelry as well as Laura's website http://nelkindesigns.com/index.cfm/gallery.page/7448.... Skywalker is $6 and Clarus is $7. Hope this helps.

this shawl has a big WOW factor, including a sharp intake of breath!

Thank you for your kind comment. It was one of my first "big girl" projects to knit. I could never have completed it without Laura's class, as she walks you though each step. Again, thank you for taking the time to comment. :)

how do I get the patterns I ordered today

I'm afraid I can't help you since I am not the designer of this pattern and have nothing to do with the sale of the pattern.. If you purchased the Craftsy class, the patterns are located in the materials tab. Hope this helps you.
