What was your inspiration?
I have been knitting for 40+ years, and I can knit like breathing. Recently a handful of women have been coming to my house for beginner knitting lessons. I was watching them struggle with basic skills, and it motivated me to face that same challenge by learning a new knitting skill myself. I have never knit lace, and when I saw this course, I knew I had found my own adventure.
What are you most proud of?
I truly learned several new knitting skills via this project. It was fun to learn something new.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time, work at your own pace, ask questions. Enjoy the process.
