What was your inspiration?

I bought the skulls and roses fabric and my son just love the fabric he wanted me to make a quilt for him with it. I fussy cut the skulls and then worked around the block and came up with this pattern. He loved it.

Absolutely beautiful, the white really makes the quilt pop. What size are the blocks? I love it.
