Cotton, warm and natural and King Tut thread

What was your inspiration?

Skulls and Day of the Dead fabrics. Love working in dramatic colors and images and skulls seem to fit the bill

What are you most proud of?

I just think this is a stunning quilt and I love the way it turned out to look so elegant and it's skulls

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Go for it! Love it and do it! If you have fun, laugh at yourself along the way, put your heart into it, it will be a joy to create your own organic quilt.

Great idea for using large scale prints. Using the dark red border highlighted each block without overpowering the block.
