Polymer Clay Acrylic Paint

What was your inspiration?

I've seen lots of skull beads & charms on the internet so I thought I'd show how I make mine!

What are you most proud of?

I didn't know that all my life I've been collecting craft supplies (junk as my husband calls it) & most of it is applicable to polymer clay. My studio overflows!!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This step is a little messy, don't wear your good clothes!!!

These are awesome! Were there instructions on making the clay skulls? I don't work with clay that much. Thanks, would love to try these!

I just couldn't figure out how to put it all together, so I had to do 2 parts.

These turned out so cute! Fantastic idea to paint the black all over then rub off the excess.

I used Rustoleum Ultimate Polyurathane, I live in a very rural area & my 20 mile away hardware store changed brands. The satin is what I used. My gloss is Bull's Eye brand ultimate polyurathane but the can looks the same so they my have just changed the name. Just be sure you get the kind that is water bases ( it says soap & water clean up on the can.)
