What was your inspiration?
I wanted a smaller sized, yet functional pencil/pen case that would fit in my purse. So, I designed and made this pattern. It turned out so great that I decided to recreate the pattern as a PDF sewing tutorial to share with others.
What are you most proud of?
I just love how this is so skinny, but it still holds a surprising amount!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
This is a great small afternoon or rainy day project that will give you great results fast! :D You will also get practice at sewing zippers.
