What materials did you use? Kaffe Fassett prints, Kona solids, Aurifil thread for piecing, Isacord & Bottomline threads for quilting. This was the 2013 Skill Builder BOM I found at pileofabrics.com. This was a Quilt As You Go project

What are you most proud of? It's done! But I do like the quilting I chose to do on this one. A couple of the motifs I would have done differently but, all in all, pleased with the outcome.

This is gorgeous, Darns!! I'm just starting to learn how to FMQ, so I'm hoping I can do just a little of what you've done. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I learned everything I know about FMQ from Craftsy! Took a ton of classes & practiced, practiced, practiced. You can do it!!

a lot of thinking about the quilting of this project. WOW, I love all of it. How much fun is this? I think I will put all my quilt blocks together this way too, I do much better with my FMQ'ing when I can work on it one block at a time. Thank you for sharing. Very inspirational.

Thank you! Doing two blocks a month did give me the time to think about the quilting. There were also quilting suggestions as part of the BOM - I used most of them. But had some other motifs I wanted to try also.

What a great deal of beautiful quilting--I am so impressed. One day I hope to try something so involved and have it turn out as great! I look forward to retirement. Thank you for inspiring me.
