Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. Mario: I am attaching a sketch of myself that I want to do in watercolor. As you can see the right side (as you look at it) of my face I did not complete. I want it that way. My question is when I paint this, how do I achieve for the right side not to be complete? Do I start fading the color with very soft edges that disappear? Thanks for your comments. The sketch was done on tracing paper using a #2 graphite pencil. I will use transfer paper to transfer it to the watercolor paper. Should I use hot press or cold press for this?
