What was your inspiration?

I wanted a retro model, but not too challenging, to do for the summer. I loved this dress because it's retro style, but modernized.
I found it fantastic. The explanations are very well made and with lots of pictures that help the little bit more complex passages.

What are you most proud of?

I really like the effect achieved with the lace. I found it perfect for this type of model. The fit of the dress is great.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Pay close attention to measures, depending on the type of fabric that you choose to use. According to the chart pattern I should use a middle way between L and M. I used the size L because I prefer comfortable clothes, but came too wide. To resolve, I had to cut much of the elastic neckline front and back and add back darts.
