What materials did you use? Not sure of the content of this fabric or even where I got it from, but it appears to be like an Angora knit. It was in my stash and I had it cut out in this pattern since the beginning of summer.

What are you most proud of? I'm really like the fact that this pattern is super easy. However, I wanted to make it so difficult. After seeing there were 34 reviews of this pattern on Pattern Review, I realized that it was me not getting something. I thought I was having trouble with the bake "yoke". I thought the back "yoke" seam was not suppose to meet up with the sleeve shoulder point. So, I took the sleeve and the front yoke apart thinking I did something wrong. I spent an hour reading from the other reviewers how easy this was and they would make several more with no problems. I couldn't find anyone that had this issue with this top, so I just decided to go ahead and follow the instructions specifically and put it together. Well, wouldn't you know, it worked. Lesson learned~ DO NOT TRY TO MAKE SOMETHING WHILE YOU ARE TIRED AND SLEEPY~ no matter how bad you want it! ( LOL) What I'm most proud of is the way I created the mock 2-part sleeve effect. I join the rest in saying that I'm sure I will be making more of this pattern. Maybe even in the other versions.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would say to you as I have said to myself ( hopefully you will get it)~ DO NOT SEW WHEN YOU ARE TIRED OR SLEEPY, mistakes occur and you can't think straight. You will tend to get frustrated more easily and not want to create the garment you started.

I love your top, so different and yet dressy. As for your advice, I totally agree with you, It is time for me to stop sewing when I am tired or start making many mistakes. Often, when I start making mistakes the reason is due to being tired.
