Rich fruit cake, marzipan and fondant icing
What was your inspiration?
My son was having a black and white theme for the wedding but wanted to add a bit of colour so decided on baby pink. They wanted a really simple cake and this fitted the bill perfectly
What are you most proud of?
I hadn't done a cake for a while but this got me back into decorating
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Decide where your ribbons are going to be before attaching and secure well with edible glue.
