What was your inspiration?
With just two yards of fabric and a few other items you may have in your bag of tricks we created a sophisticated but hip quilted play-mat without binding and two matching patchwork burp cloths in only two or three hours.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Any fabric will look divine quilted. We went with one that had easy to follow lines, but a whimsical stitching approach would do perfectly.
