What was your inspiration?

The rich warm colors of this Fall Season. I chose to work with non-traditional Fall colors - eggplant purple, warm greens, yellow golds, and shades of blue.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

You could easily just use two fabrics in different weights sewn together for this project, but I chose to create a improv patchwork design for one side. As long as you keep the width and length consistent with both pieces, you can really have fun with creating your own one-of-kind scarf design using these simple steps.
