Instructions
I just cut two pieces of silk material (each one wide enough to go all the way around me and a little above knee length) sewed together at sides hemmed bottom and made hem at top wide enough to put elastic through for dress then i made 3 long strips using same material sewed them inside out then turned them through so hem was on inside and braided them together for beltDifficulty:

how nice it turned out, my niece loves it and it literally only took about 20 minutes to make
