What was your inspiration?
Trying to duplicate Sicilian pizza from a pizzeria.
What are you most proud of?
It had wonderful oven spring and the crust is very memorable!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't par-bake it for more than 10 minutes because you'll get a thick brown crust that doesn't allow the sauce and cheese to stay put when using the pizza cutter.
