Sicilian dough, parmesan, asiago, romano, mozzarella cheese

What was your inspiration?

I used the Sicilian dough to make a foccacia-type breadstick with mozzarella and parmesan blend cheese.

What are you most proud of?

It had a beautiful crust on the bottom!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Oil your hands thoroughly!
