What is exciting or interesting to you about your photo(s)? This shot were taken at Jordan Point, VA. It pays to be prepare like Rick said. On this one I was just traveling to a different location but I had my camera gear with me and left early since I know the time sunrise was going to happen. I just happened to com across this extraordinary scene.

Can you tell us about any special equipment or techniques that you used? I use long exposure and small aperture. A good tripod and cable release were the most important additional equipment a used.

I really like this image, I think you nailed it. I love the contrast of the sunset and the light reflection from the structure. My eyes are drawn to the middle of the image to the sunset and the jetty structure.
