This is a photo of my cat - Patches. Often most of my photos either turn out really blue or in this case yellowish. What type of lighting would provide natural light indoors?

Simulating natural light indoors (other than using a window for *actual* indoor light is almost impossible. All light sources have a different light temperature which your camera is reading and trying to interpret. Most likely your camera is set to daylight and then assuming that your indoor (tungsten) lighting is the same. That is why the colours will come out different. If you can, have a look in your manual and look up how to adjust for colour balance. That should help get a more natural look to your photos.
