Materials

Yarn: 2 skeins of Noro Kureyon or 220yds of worsted weight yarn Needles: US 8 - 5.0 mm

What was your inspiration?

Shizuku means drops or tear-drop shape in Japanese. This scarf is knit from side to side with the droplets knitted along one side.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The droplets are made with short row shaping. It's not hard and great way to introduce yourself to short row shaping if you have never done it before.

I am so excited to make this awesome scarf, living in Alaska I need something light because when my hot flashes hit I am taking things off fast LOL I think this will be perfect that maybe I wont have to worry about it being too heavy. You did a great job!
