What was your inspiration?
Finally a granddaughter! after 3 boys and a grandson. I love owls and I could finally do pink and purple and girly!
What are you most proud of?
No pattern, just designing on the fly. I also like the geometric grid of the quilting, simple yet affective.
Oh and that applique owl is just to throw it all either out of balance or create balance - not sure which.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
