What was your inspiration?
This was one of my first quilt designs. I drew it out by hand in the car on a family trip to the zoo. I was feeling a little bit romantic that day.
What are you most proud of?
It's completely hand quilted.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The large, gentle curves on the hearts are great for learning to hand applique.
