What materials did you use? I used Eileens technique to make my daughter a quilt, she like all things ocean realated. My three week old grandson loved it. I would stand where he could see it and he would be distracted while his mom got set up to feed him. He loved looking at it, thanks Eileen!

I have a Husqvarna Viking Ruby and I am concerned that your technique won't work with my hoops. Have you used anything besides your Snap Hoop?

You can do this technique in a standard hoop. In the Tips section, I show how to do the technique with a standard embroidery hoop.

You can certainly use any hoop that fits your machine, hope this helps.

I have a Viking Ruby also. I just finished the border with the continuous embroidery and my large hoop worked just fine. This machine is awesome because it easily finds where I need to connect the embroidery with the design positioning feature. I hope it works for you.
