What was your inspiration?
I was stunned by a necklace by Lauren Markely published in "500 silver jewelry designs." When I found this broken bit from the inside of a seashell at the beach, I knew there had to be a way to incorporate it in a similar design. The shell piece is beautifully mottled with what looks like a pearl jutting out from near the middle.
What are you most proud of?
I hope I was able to showcase the beauty of the shell.
