What was your inspiration?
The Book was full of easy to make teddies and with a little practice, I was able to adapt it for hand sewing.
What are you most proud of?
Their expressions are all unique, which I find amazing as the pattern is the same for all. I just changed the size of the eyes and noses, then mixed up the colours a bit.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Arm yourself with a thimble and a couple of plasters to wrap around the fingers which are in contact with the strong thread. Use leather needles to puncture the skin easier.
