What was your inspiration?
I had several vintage liberty of London fabrics and I wanted the best possible use for them. I love flowers, I love flower prints, and I thought why not make a bag covered in flowers.
What are you most proud of?
The bag itself is not hard to make, but it took me a while to decide what colors to combine and where to place them. I love how it turned out and the embellishments compliment each other.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
When you are done making all the embellishments, pin them all onto the bag before you start stitching them. That way you can make changes until you get what you love.
