What was your inspiration?

I love Fashion. I get a lot of my inspiration from fashion magazines. Josh's class was just the icing on the cupcake, I knew I wanted to use his techniques in my next cake. My client wanted different shades of blue to match her bridesmaids dresses. She gave me creative control of the styling of the cake. It was complete success, I am a fan of details and clean work... she appreciated that.

Thank you Josh, you are a great instructor!!!!

What are you most proud of?

I am very proud of the quilting, it came out perfectly, thanks to his instructions. I also love the embossing of the draping on the edges of the cake.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Plan ahead and sketch out a plan, it really helped me out. Be patient and make sure it is clean people appreciate when you do clean work.
