What was your inspiration?
I needed some large pots to plant veggies on my balcony. I love eating local and what is more local than food grown in my own home?
What are you most proud of?
These are functional, very inexpensive large pots that are perfect for the balcony or patio. I could even see using these as a replacement for a raised bed if I had a larger garden.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you are an inexperienced sewist, go with potting felt rather than tarps - the tarps are a little trickier to manage.
