This is a WONDERFUL (and simple!) cake idea :) There is nothing like a cake that a family member or other loved one makes JUST for you! I can see this stacked higher, too, with round chocolate wafers spoked to look like cartwheels stuck on the sides and perhaps some pokey sticks or other tasty 'sticks" used as cart handles.
