What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics, Drunkard's Path purchased templates

What are you most proud of? I was dreading the curved piecing, but with Amy's instructions and the templates that I purchased at her recommendation, it wasn't too bad. I did one to try first, and then did the other 15 assembly line sewing. I thought they looked like fortune cookies all pinned and ready to sew (I chickened out and added 2 more pins each). I'm so impressed with those who are making their first quilts and seemed to breeze through these. Heck, I'm so impressed with all the blocks the first timers have done. Quite an accomplishment for first quilts.

Nice job - I really like the purple background

Thanks, it's getting a bit much, but hopefully the sashing and borders will even things out.

Beautiful work. I'm sewing mine today after hand cutting. I made cardboard patterns and drew around them. My first attempt had a bit left over from the curve at the end but pressed out well. I've been dreading these too. Hope I do as well as you!

It wasn't as bad as I'd feared, I'm sure that you will. I haven't measured my block, so who knows if it's the right size, maybe you'll do better.
