Instructions

I wanted to make sure the pie pieces would make a circle so I combined the Craftsy instructions with my own self drafted pattern.
Once you get the hang of it those curves aren't that hard. Just make sure you have enough time and patience!

Circles are indeed circles! Mastering those curves!

Make sure your sewing machine is in a good mood.

Oh yeah, I just looked at yours. Oriented different but same checker pattern! Yours looks like people with their arms in the air. (: I am not as far along as everybody else. Just started in mid October, but I just made 2 1/2 blocks today.

I'm actually a good photographer believe it or not. Digital camera battery is on the fritz so I am using my Android phone for now. But I COULD stand to invest in a little homemade starch perhaps.

Maybe starch is the secret. I wasn't implying (sp) your photo was bad. In fact, it's great and I still love how you alternated the colors.
