The Sept blocks were a bit of a challenge. I have never done curved piecing. It was fun making. I did purchase the templates to make it easier but learning to cut curved pieces is a challenge. Making this was fun and you can take it on the go and work on pinning the curved pieces together. Once you started sewing and seeing it come together it was like "ok I get it". It was a challenge but it turned out pretty good.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
To have patience as it does take some time pinning it. Oh, yeah and purchase the rulers vs making it unless you are on a tight budget then make it using something really strong and sturdy.
