What are you most proud of? For some reason, the thought of sewing curves scared me. These September blocks have been hanging over me like a dark cloud since September. I couldn't end the year with this looming over me. I decided I had to at least try. I really didn't want to be a BOM dropout. I must say I didn't really enjoy sewing these. They were quite tedious. They took me most of the day yesterday. It was satisfiying completing them though! I am happy with the way they turned out. Now I really have to get a move on things to get the rest of the quilt done.

Beautiful job & wonderful fabric choices. I can really relate about these curves & do not think I will ever make a whole quilt out of this block. Very nice to hear someone else felt the same way. Yours are Beautiful. Thanks for sharing. :-)

Beautiful blocks Gloria! And good for you sticking with it. I had the same experience - those curves just finally had to be faced. They were indeed tedious but much like the hexis I really like the final results. That said I doubt I'll be making them again any time too soon. Well done!

California Girl certainly an excellent choice. Colors are wonderful. Lot of talent and patience on your part.... Enjoy
