What was your inspiration?
I wanted a reminder that I once told God that I was willing to go wherever He leads me. Now that I have "things", like a nice home and car, I never want to be unwilling to GO if God calls me to.
This painting helps me remember not to get too attached to the "things" and get focused on what's truly important.

the symbolic "globe" and heart
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I started this project by layering maps ripped from an old atlas. Most of it got covered up.... you can only see small parts peeking through... but I love the way the project turned out in the end. Not at all what I planned but I love the outcome!
