A sheer chiffon and a stretch satin
What was your inspiration?
This piece of chiffon fabric in the remnant bin - it looked so difficult to sew with that I just had to give it a go.
What are you most proud of?
I drafted the very simple pattern myself, and managed to sew the chiffon nicely with a stretch satin lining. It fits, looks flattering and is cool for the warm weather here in the Caribbean. And I don't think it looks like curtains - although I am sure this is what the fabric was for!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?

If anyone would like a tutorial on how I made the pattern, so you can make this yourself, please leave a comment over on the blog post. Thanks.
